time and on budget, in a manner that consistently produces
measurable returns and satisfied customers. From the onset of any project, SIS first strives to understand the specific business objectives of the organization. This insight forms the basis for all design and setup decisions, ensuring that the system (when implemented) will support and deliver on the business objectives. In addition, SIS collaborates with each customer to clearly define the specific business processes and performance measures that the new software must support. Using this approach, we ensure that these measures direct the project at every step in the process.
